As such:
Refund requests related to creator content may be declined
Disputes should first be addressed directly with the creator where possible
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted only at our sole discretion in exceptional situations, including but not limited to:
Duplicate or accidental charges
Proven fraudulent transactions
Technical errors attributable to Nyash.com
Refunds will not typically be issued for:
Dissatisfaction with content
Failure to consume content
Creator-related disputes
Subscription Payments
For recurring subscriptions:
You are responsible for managing and canceling your subscriptions
Cancellation will stop future billing but will not retroactively refund prior charges
Chargebacks

Any outstanding balances may be recovered
