Full Responsibility for Content

• Compliance with laws (including copyright, tax, and adult content laws if applicable)
Nyash.com does NOT review or guarantee legality of content.
Creators represent and warrant that:
• They own or have rights to all content
• All individuals depicted are 18+ and have consented
• Their content complies with all applicable laws

Payments & Fees
Platform Fees
• Nyash.com takes a 20% platform fee from all creator earnings
• Payment processing fees apply separately
Payment Handling
We facilitate payments between users and creators but:
• We are not a bank, escrow, or fiduciary
• We are not responsible for payment disputes between users
We may:
• Hold or delay payouts for compliance, fraud, or risk review
• Reverse transactions where necessary

Refunds & Chargebacks
• All refunds are handled at our discretion
• Creators may be held financially responsible for chargebacks and disputes
• Negative balances may be recovered from future earnings

Taxes

You may NOT post:

Customers:
• Purchase access to creator content at their own risk

• Creator behavior

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Nyash.com has NO liability for user-generated content

Creators retain ownership but grant Nyash.com a license to:
• Host
• Display
• Distribute content on the platform
Platform IP
All Nyash.com branding, code, and systems belong to AceMauri Inc. and may not be used without permission.

We make NO guarantees regarding:
• Uptime
• Earnings

Limitation of Liability

• Our total liability is limited to the amount we earned from you in the past 12 months
